Aeolus Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation initiative within a leading academic healthcare environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-impact, multi-year strategic project involving senior leadership, governance committees, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of a complex, multi-year strategic initiative.
- Manage multiple interdependent workstreams, project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and facilitate organizational change.
- Ensure successful implementation against critical milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Master's degree in Project Management, Health Sciences, Education, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive project or program management experience.
- Experience leading complex organizational or transformational projects.
- Experience working within healthcare, higher education, academic institutions, or the public sector is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and governance committees.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French is required.
