What you bring to Seaboard:
-
Valid Class 1 License
-
2 years verifiable Class 1 experience
-
Safe driving background – verified via driver’s abstract
Owner Operator Requirements:
-
Own or lease a highway tractor that meets Seaboard's equipment standards.

Preferred model year 2021 or newer. Older units may be considered based on overall condition, specifications, and maintenance history.

Truck must successfully pass a pre-hire inspection.
-
Current CVIP/annual inspection, registration, and applicable documentation are required.
Position Expectations:
-
This is not a home-daily position.
-
Drivers must be willing to travel and remain away from home for up to 1–2 weeks, depending on operational requirements.

Flexibility with scheduling is required to meet customer and business needs.
