What We’re Looking For:
- Active licensure in your field (RSW, R.Psych, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and families in therapeutic setting
- Training in play therapy from providers approved by the Association for Play Therapy (APT) and/or the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT)
- Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed practice, and attachment-based approaches
- Ability to build trust and create safe, supportive therapeutic environments for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and caregivers
- Experience developing treatment goals, documenting progress notes, and maintaining confidential records
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
