Heel boy is looking for energetic and motivated professionals to join our growing team. If you have an interest working in a boutique environment selling shoes in a fast paced and dynamic atmosphere then we are looking for you.
Sales associates will -
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process purchases
- Cross sell products
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Has a flexible work schedule and able to work weekends
Sales associates require;
- Proven work experience in customer service, retail experience an asset, shoe experience an additional asset.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- An interest in fashion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
