Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing services like meal preparation, light housekeeping and personal care.
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Servicing the Vancouver area
- Shifts available are Monday - Friday: 0700-1500 & 1500-2300 and Saturday and Sunday: 0700-1500 & 1500-2300, minimum 3 days per week availability
Requirements:
- 1 year previous Canadian caregiving experience
- Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
- Your own car with valid BC Driver's License is an asset
- Proof of BC Health Care Certification (Registry #)
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position.
