Smart Hub Insurance is a growing independent insurance brokerage dedicated to helping families, professionals, and business owners make informed financial decisions with confidence.
We provide Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Disability Insurance, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Investments, and Financial Planning services.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, motivated, and proactive individual to help build the systems and processes that support our team and our clients.
Position Overview
This is not an administrative role.
You will work directly with the owner to improve operations, organize business processes, implement systems, coordinate projects, and help build the infrastructure of a growing company.

Responsibilities
* Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Organize and improve internal business workflows
* Maintain and update our CRM
* Track sales activity and operational metrics
* Create reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
* Coordinate projects and follow up on action items
* Organize digital files and business documentation
* Assist with onboarding new employees and advisors
* Help improve office efficiency and team productivity
* Research new software and automation tools
* Provide operational and administrative support to the leadership team

* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Business Administration or Operations Management education
* Experience with CRM software
* Project coordination experience
* Experience in insurance, financial services, or a professional office environment
