XEN AI INC is a growing technology company based in Surrey, British Columbia, providing IT support, managed technology services, field support, and business technology solutions to clients across different industries. We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team and support day-to-day technical operations.
Job Responsibilities
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and internal users. Main duties include:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, email, internet, and application-related problems.
- Set up user accounts, workstations, and basic network access.
- Perform break-fix support, equipment replacement, and IMAC services.
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and basic network devices.
- Maintain proper documentation of service tickets, work completed, photos, and client updates.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, dispatch teams, and technical support teams.
- Travel to client sites when required for on-site technical support.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and client scope of work instructions.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, field support, helpdesk, or technical services.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking.
- Experience with POS systems, routers, switches, cabling, or field service work will be an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
- Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations is preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
