As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy department and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your duties will include:
- Managing pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Monitoring medication orders and dispensing to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
- Providing drug information to healthcare providers and patients
- Conducting quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care
- Managing inventory and controlling costs
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives

- Strong knowledge of acute care and pediatric pharmacy practice
