Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing within Amazon Seller Central, including PO review, pick list creation, ASN preparation, and upload confirmation
- Execute ASN submissions through Walmart Retail Link, ensuring compliance with all receiving requirements
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage shipment scheduling, order entry, and delivery timelines
- Perform SAP-based inventory reconciliation, investigating discrepancies between warehouse and system records
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, packing slip verification, and returns (RAs) management
- Assist with inbound/outbound carrier bookings and appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and inventory logs across systems
Assets / Requirements
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Retail Link is required
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- High school diploma required; post-secondary in supply chain/logistics is an asset
- Must be comfortable with physically active warehouse environment
