Job Information: The purpose of this role is the collection and reconciliation of defined number of accounts receivable customers.
What you’ll do…
- Work as a Finance team member to support the billing function
- Monitor and manage shared billing team inbox
- Generate invoices for clients based on contracts and contract revisions when needed
- Liaise with multiple internal departments including Sales and Charting to resolve issues
- Back-up for other billing coordinators when required
- Research and resolve billing inquiries or disputes
- Assist with audits, special projects and other duties as assigned.
Who You Are…
- ·College certificate or diploma - Business related (Finance, Accounting)
- Familiarity with billing software and systems
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong working knowledge of PC based applications including Outlook, Work and Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookup)
