The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of salon experience and arrives with an existing clientele. You are highly skilled in modern, on-trend work, with the ability to create elevated, consistent results that reflect a premium standard.
You take ownership of your chair—both in the quality of your work and in continuing to build your presence, including through social media and client relationships.
