Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Elevator Design Engineer , P. Eng to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs that meet project specifications and requirements. You will also be in charge of all Design Submissions to TSSA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various design software.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed schematics and technical drawings for new products using CAD software such as AutoCAD and INventor
- Collaborate with engineering teams to draft designs that meet project specifications and timelines. .
- Troubleshoot issues related to controllers and other mechanical components during the design process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design lifecycle.
- Document all design processes, modifications, and results for future reference.
Experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor) is mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in drafting schematics and fabricating prototypes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $64,604.83-$86,533.70 per year
