Job Responsibilities:
All Supervisors

Manage and mentor personnel, equipment and materials to ensure they arrive at location on time.
Execute successful cementing jobs according to design/client specification; understand rigging in/out procedures.
Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day operations.
Communicate effectively with clients and internally with other departments, including Sales and Dispatch.
Work with station managers to maintain operation and service standards and assist in leadership of the Station.
Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
Prepare end of well, end of month, incident, abnormalities, maintenance, logbook, and end of jobs tickets and reports, or other reporting, as required.
Implement and maintain procedures to ensure high level of service.
Develop and maintain strong external/internal client relationships in support of company values and objectives.
Work with management to improve policy and procedures.
Participate in training and development activities.
Other general duties as required.
Specific to Supervisor 1’s

Supervise a crew on basic remedial jobs.
Incident reporting.
Evaluate Bulk Drivers and Operator 1, 2, and 3’s on weekly maintenance for Pickup, Bulker, and Pumper.
Evaluate Operator 1, 2, and 3’s on rebuilding equipment on Pumpers.
Verify load tickets.
Specific to Supervisor 2’s

Perform all tasks of Supervisor 1.
Supervise a crew on complex primary jobs and basic remedial jobs.
Evaluate Bulk Drivers and Operator 1, 2, and 3’s on 300-hour maintenance for Bulkers and Pumpers.
Evaluate Operator 1, 2, and 3’s on job procedures.
Evaluate Supervisor 1 on volume calculations and hydrostatic calculations.
Specific to Supervisor 3’s

Perform all tasks of Supervisor 1 and Supervisor 2.
Supervise a crew on any job that Magnum undertakes.
Mentor and train all other operational employees.
Work with Health & Safety Lead on JSA development and procedures.
Directly support management in ongoing field initiatives.
Culture and attitude discussions with all Greenhand to Supervisor 2 operational employees.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required:
Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg., bending, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions.
Able to be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on and 6 days off rotational schedule (subject to change due to market conditions).
Able to work in congested or confined areas, and with exposure to loud noises and vibration.
Experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor and in operating pumpers.
Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the work of others.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Looking For:
Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in the completion of reports.
Experience in dealing with customers and dispatch.
Understanding of cementing job design and client specifications.
Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety.
Able to perform all regular maintenance on equipment.
Demonstrated leadership.

Assets:
Possesses oil field tickets.
Demonstrated continuous improvement.
Experience operating Twins, with deep hole cementing, and with volume and hydrostatic calculations.
Ability to rebuild equipment.
