YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Logistics, Transportation and Distribution Strategy, you will be responsible for coordinating the programs steered by the Executive Supply-Chain Committee (ESCC), a governance tasked with integrating BRP’s entire supply-chain, from suppliers to dealers, that is overseen by our senior vice-presidents. In this committee, corporate-wide transformational initiatives are identified, selected and monitored. As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will tackle a variety of challenging projects impacting many of BRP’s key business areas such as: Business Planning, Order Management, Supplier Network, Inbound Supply-Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Distribution Channel, and Dealer Network. As such, you will:
Build a global program master plan and monitor key milestones
Collaborate with various business leaders to detail business cases and feasibility studies
Coordinate with several departments to ensure that programs are on track and issues are mitigated
Prepare each governance by structuring the agenda
Build and/or assemble the required presentations for each governance
Identify and lead benchmarking initiatives that will fuel our transformational agenda
Work with various business areas to propose the next wave of transformational programs for years to come
Define and implement a balanced scorecard with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that monitors the program’s success
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in pertinent field (ex: engineering, supply-chain management, logistics, …)
10 years of experience in various roles throughout the supply-chain (order management, procurement, materials planning, logistics & transportation, industrial engineering & manufacturing, distribution, …)
Ability to build compelling presentations (i.e. advanced in PowerPoint)
Solid project management skills and strong communication skills
Experience in managing transformational programs that impact several business areas
Proven leadership skills, ability to build effective relationships and excellent team player
Ability to build convincing business cases
Sense of initiative and excellence, self-reliance, structure and rigour
Full working proficiency in English (written and spoken) – French is an asset
Willingness to travel on occasion
