With deep expertise in residential sales and pre sales, development and commercial real estate, we are continuing to expand our business. To facilitate this growth, we are looking to shed our administrative workload and bring on an organized, driven professional who wants to win.
This is not a dead-end administrative role. We are looking to mentor and train the right person. You will have the opportunity to leverage our extensive knowledge to help grow the team, with the ultimate long-term path to spread your wings and run your own team if you choose to.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an organized, highly detailed Licensed Real Estate Assistant who excels at operations but still wants to practice real estate. This role offers the best of both worlds: the peace of mind of a stable, consistent income through your administrative work, plus the upside of earning full commissions from your own clients and profit sharing from the team's growth.
You will manage the back-end of our busy pipeline, ensuring our contracts are flawless and our clients are well cared for, while simultaneously building your own portfolio in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Mastery: Draft, review, and perfectly execute real estate contracts, addendums, and disclosure documents.
- Transaction Management: Oversee all team transactions from accepted offer to closing, ensuring all compliance and deadlines are strictly met.
- Client & Agent Support: Act as the operational backbone for the team’s lead agents, managing files, answering client inquiries, and keeping the business organized so the leads can focus on expansion.
- Business Growth: Actively contribute to the team's success while servicing and growing your own client base on the side.
- Mentorship Application: Absorb our training in commercial and development real estate to elevate your own skills and eventually take on higher-level leadership or team-building roles.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensing & Experience: Must be a Licensed Realtor with a minimum of 2 years of active experience.
- Brokerage: Must be willing to transfer your license to Royal LePage Global Force Realty.
- Contract Proficiency: You must be highly proficient in writing real estate contracts. You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and rarely let a typo or missing clause slip through the cracks.
- Language Skills: Well-spoken and fluent in English. Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (especially Punjabi, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.).
- Work Ethic: You are an organized "winner" who takes pride in behind-the-scenes administration but has the ambition to grow.
- Flexibility: Able to work from our North Delta or Surrey offices a couple of days a week, with the discipline to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
