Turner Hospitality Group runs a group of distinctive restaurants across Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Thornbury — rustic Italian at Magnone's and Polpette, Asian fusion at Mother Tongue, French at Poppy's. Scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, real hospitality.
We're hiring Dishwashers. It's the job the rest of the kitchen depends on, and we treat it that way.
The Role
You'll keep dishware, glassware and equipment clean, sanitized and moving so the line never waits on you. You'll stay on top of dish flow through service, handle chemicals and equipment safely, keep the pit and surrounding area organized, and pitch in on sweeping, mopping and waste removal.
