Position Summary
Line Cook is responsible for executing assigned stations during service while maintaining food quality, consistency, organization, and efficient kitchen operations. This role works independently on the line, supports kitchen readiness, and contributes to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Core Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards

Execute assigned stations during service while maintaining cleanliness, timing, quality, and consistency

Maintain organized, stocked, and service-ready stations

Support line setup, stocking, replenishment, and breakdown procedures
-
Maintain strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergy protocols
-
Assist with organization of walk-ins, storage areas, and deliveries
-
Support prep and additional stations as operationally required
Qualifications:
-
6+ months experience in a fast-paced & professional kitchen environment preferred but not necessary

A strong passion for food
-
A positive and professional attitude
-
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic knife skills
-
Food Safe Level 1 an asset
