Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Inspections on all types of installations.
- Understand and follow proper safety procedures that pertain to the work being completed.
- Measure all materials installed to determine overages and shortages in material and labour.
- Fill out all inspection report in full and return to the Safety manager`
- Review the site plans/estimates and confirm that all work is being completed according to plans and document if this is not being done.
- Notify sub-contractors of improper installation while on site and follow up to ensure proper installation was corrected.
- Document all common problems and trends and recommend solutions
- Issue back charges to sub-contractors, as directed by the Operations Manager, for work that has been completed incorrectly.
- May be required to attend mandatory on site safety meetings
- Treat every Customer as the best customer, regardless of personal views or hardships
- Installation of Architectural Cladding applications, Composite Aluminum Panels, Rain-Screen systems, Various Architectural wall panel systems, Standing Seam panels, Kalzip applications for roof and walls
- Read blueprints and ensure design specifications are being adhered to
- Work at heights while following safety protocols
- Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes
- Provide training to more junior level, less experienced workers
Must Be:

- Ability to read construction drawings

$38.00 per hour Negotiable based on experience
