We are an investor-backed, AI-driven technology platform transforming the live entertainment and ticketing ecosystem. Our mission is to give consumers an "insider edge" by providing real-time data transparency, advanced market scanning, and optimized purchasing strategies across concerts, sports, theater, and comedy events. By deploying cutting-edge AI agents and predictive analytics, we simplify the buying process, helping users secure the best seats at the best prices without the hassle. Driven by automation and a commitment to market transparency, we are redefining how fans discover, plan, and purchase experiences.
The Role
We have a world-class engineering and data team (alums of Amazon, Uber, and top tech startups), but shipping fast only matters if we’re building the right things for real buyers.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who bridges consumer e-commerce, unit economics, and modern AI. You don’t need to be training neural networks from scratch, but you must be an AI-first builder and operator — someone who understands how LLMs, prompting, and personalization translate into high-converting, delightful buyer experiences. You will take ownership of our product roadmap, prioritize features that move the needle on revenue and conversion, and ensure our engineers are focused on delivering maximum customer value.
Who You Are
- Product-First, Value-Driven: You prioritize user value, conversion, and business impact over building complexity for its own sake. You know when not to build something.
- E-Commerce Savvy: You have a solid grasp of digital commerce mechanics, funnel optimization, paid acquisition flows, and customer engagement.
- AI-Fluent Builder: You actively use AI/LLMs as daily leverage — for prototyping, writing prompts, drafting user journeys, or framing technical logic.
- Relentless Executor: You’re organized, comfortable in Jira, and take pride in running tight feedback loops from backlog grooming to production deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer e-commerce, ticketing, marketplaces, or transactional digital products.
- Proven experience designing and running A/B tests, personalization experiments, and conversion-rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Agile/Scrum sprint workflows, and writing detailed product/acceptance criteria.
- Working comfort with data & analytics tools (Looker, Mixpanel/Amplitude, GA4, SQL).
- Practical understanding of modern LLM capabilities, prompt design, and AI-enabled product workflows.
- Ability to work on-site 3 days a week (Mon–Wed) at our office (conveniently accessible via public transport).
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in high-growth startups, live events, or dynamic pricing environments.
- Basic frontend/UI prototyping familiarity or technical background working closely with data engineering teams.
What We Offer
- Significant ground-floor equity in an investor-backed, well-funded venture alongside experienced serial founders.
- Modern office amenities.
- A high-autonomy role where your product decisions directly impact company growth from day one.
Pay: $120,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
