Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated social worker (Saturdays for in person sessions) and virtual sessions as needed.
to help build and grow with the Rise anxiety and depression team In Kingston as we are growing!!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to adult's and adolescents, particularly in a trauma and anxiety help. This role is essential in delivering high-quality private PRACTISE care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and progress
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes for effective case management.
- Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
- Support families by providing resources, guidance, and psycho-education regarding their mental health.
Experience
- A listen ses professional qualified in the province of Vancouver
- degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience working in a clinical or educational setting is an asset!
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail in documentation.
