The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
As a Talent Coordinator, you won’t just support with coordination efforts, you’ll help evolve the Talent Acquisition process. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to connect the dots across our Talent Acquisition function.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Talent Coordinator we’d ask you to do the following for us:
Act as a central partner to the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists with day-to-day operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we work
Take ownership of coordination activities including calendars, interview scheduling, and logistics - ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Support invoicing, vendor coordination, and agency relationships, helping maintain accuracy, timelines, and strong partnerships
- Contribute to and help operationalize Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives (e.g., early talent, employer branding, process improvements)
- Play an active role in supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and events, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Assist with event planning and execution (career fairs, hiring events, internal sessions), ensuring strong organization and attention to detail
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through on key activities
- Bring a forward-thinking mindset, proactively identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping the team operate more effectively
