Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Engage with customers professionally to enhance their experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in bartending
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and hospitality best practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
