We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our e-commerce and overseas warehouse fulfillment center. This role is responsible for managing inbound receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, dropshipping operations, and outbound shipping while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment and dropshipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, including container unloading, pallet handling, and carrier coordination.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and service goals.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
- Coordinate value-added services such as labeling, repackaging, kitting, inspection, and customer-specific fulfillment requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
- Work closely with customer service, transportation, and sales teams to resolve fulfillment and inventory issues.
- Support warehouse reporting, workforce scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics management experience.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or overseas warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Mandarin and English communication skills required.
- Ability to perform hands-on warehouse activities, including operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs (14 kg) when required.
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
