- Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries
- Recommend the correct parts and accessories while providing exceptional customer service
- Process parts orders, inventory, shipments and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Keep the Parts Department organized, clean and efficient
- Stay current on products, promotions and industry knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales teams
- Minimum one year of automotive experience or a strong understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals
- Previous dealership parts experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good computer and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards performance.
- Starting base annual salary of $30,000 plus monthly bonuses with an expected starting potential total earnings of $40,000 - $55,000 annually. Any bonuses are not guaranteed and are based on individual and store performance
- Guaranteed minimum earnings equal to at least the applicable BC minimum wage for all hours worked
