Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Construction Surveyor to join our team. This role involves providing precise surveying data using and support for construction projects, ensuring that all site measurements and layouts adhere to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction surveying techniques GIS tools (we use Trimble), and CAD software.
- Conduct land surveys and collect accurate data using traditional and electronic surveying equipment.
- Assist in establishing construction boundaries, control points, and site layouts in accordance with project plans.
- Manage and maintain survey data within databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for project teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to interpret survey information and support project planning.
- Perform site inspections to verify the placement of structures and utilities during construction phases.
- Able to operator equipment would be a definite asset
Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour
