Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Janeapp software, and a friendly demeanor to support both clients and staff effectively.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Schedule appointments for entire staff using Janeapp software
- Billing for clinic services, both private and insurance related
- Management of patient claims, involving communicating with insurance companies and ICBC
- Communicating with doctors and specialists as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
- Ensuring reception area is stocked with necessary supplies
- Clinic upkeep - maintaining tidiness in all areas of the clinic
- Laundry
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to support client interactions
