Horizon Land Surveys Inc. is a fast-growing survey company located in Calgary, AB. We conduct survey projects in legal surveys, highway and road, subdivisions, topographic site surveys, and the preparation of residential and commercial plans. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team in the capacity of a Survey Technician.
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education in Geomatics or survey engineering.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in land surveying or equivalent.
- Proficient with the use of GPS and total station.
- Effectively record information through field notes and sketches.
- Valid Driving license. And a driver's abstract is required before driving a company vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able and willing to work in an unpredictable, ever-changing outdoor environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
