Our Project Coordinators provides day-to-day administrative support to our various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides accurate and timely Word and Excel support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents and spreadsheets.
- Maintain project documentation including but not limited to plans, locates, material forms, and financials.
- Assist with the project intake, set up, and enter relevant information into company databases.
- Assists in ensuring departmental compliance with timeliness, reporting, and other company processes.
- Submit locates and permit requests, track status, and follow up as required.
- Submit client-related tickets, follow-up on status, and close tickets as required.
- Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may evolve to meet our growing company needs.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years administrative experience in construction or a related industry would be an asset.
- Post secondary diploma or certificate in an Office Administration / Project Management or related feild would be an asset.
- Professional and service-oriented approach internally and externally.
- Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take direction from multiple people and adapt approach to various work styles.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
