This is your opportunity to be a part of it. As a Manager of Guest Experience at Milestones, you ensure the highest level of service for each guest within your restaurant. You drive food quality, maintain cleanliness, inspire and maintain high team morale, all while developing others! Responsibilities include:
● Promote teamwork and communicate in a positive and professional manner to all departments to ensure the needs of our guests are being met at all times ● Driving a knowledge passion around our food and LWB programs ● Work with fellow managers on coaching, execution of initiatives and embedding hospitality ● Leading a workforce of over 20 teammates, including recruitment, training and development ● Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as restaurant labour.

Pay: $50,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
