Samson Beardy Memorial School is seeking a dedicated elementary teacher to join our team for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year. We are looking for one teacher for grades 7/8. Muskrat Dam is a fly-in community located approximately 370 km north of Sioux Lookout on the northwest shore of Muskrat Dam Lake on the Severn River. Approximately 261 people live in the community.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Registration with Ontario College of Teachers (OCT)
- Experience teaching in elementary grades an asset
- Strong classroom management skills

- Ability to speak Anishinaabemowin an asset
- Vulnerable Sector Check
