What You'll Do
As a Payroll & HR Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers and prospects to provide exceptional service and support for Paymate Software and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Provide customer support and assistance with our payroll and HR software.
- Assist customers with questions and issues and help identify effective solutions.
- Provide sales and marketing support, including preparing proposals and related materials.
- Perform customer-related and general office administrative duties.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and prospects.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Good understanding of payroll and accounting software. A payroll or accounting designation is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Customer-focused with a professional and helpful approach.
- Social media knowledge and experience is an asset.
- Bilingual English/French is a definite advantage.
