Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consultations that build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Perform precision haircuts, colouring, balayage, highlights, blonding, styling, and finishing services.
- Recommend professional home care products and additional services that benefit each client's hair goals.
- Maintain detailed client records and provide personalized aftercare recommendations.
- Deliver a consistent five-star client experience from consultation to checkout.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times.
- Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and salon training.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Licensed hairstylist with salon experience.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and finishing.
- Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable recommending retail products and additional services.
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.
