Company Overview: Aeolus Group is a growing staffing company based in the GTA with an established client base. We are seeking motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to various companies and vendors to discuss their staffing needs and open positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships within the established client base.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Demonstrate the ability to arrive at work on time and go above and beyond to get the job done.
Grow revenue across a portfolio of established client accounts. Create strategies and tactics required to effectively execute plans to drive account growth and efficiencies. Expand relationships within clients and pursue opportunities for expansion.
Develop and support market delivery strategy and performance in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 plus commission per contract, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
