Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen stations.
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt service during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Must have valid SIN
