Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed project schedules and timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6.
- Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
- Maintain daily logs and reports ensuring safety, compliance and tracking is occurring effectively.
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, updating schedules, and preparing status reports regularly.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams by organizing meetings, documenting action items, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and safety reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Skills
- Proficient in reading drawings, schematics interpretation, and civil 3D modeling for accurate project assessment.
- Some knowledge in scheduling software including Primavera P6 to create realistic timelines and resource plans is an asset.
- Knowledgeable in construction management software to track progress, budgets, and documentation efficiently.
- Understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and site coordination practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Effective communicator capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
