Duties
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas looking pristine
- Operate various power tools such as hedge trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for planting, soil preparation, aeration, and other gardening activities
- Conduct minor construction tasks like installing landscape features or repairing existing structures using appropriate equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and waste to promote healthy plant growth and safety
- Support seasonal planting projects by planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintaining their health through proper care
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is highly preferred; however willing to train.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and landscape maintenance best practices
- Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
