Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detail and Lot Attendant Manager to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle lot. This role involves managing a team responsible for vehicle cleaning, applying undercoating to vehicles, maintaining lot appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily lot activities, including vehicle cleaning and organization
- Oversee the team responsible for washing, detailing, applying undercoating to vehicles. and preparing vehicles for sale or delivery
- Delegate tasks to Lot Attendants to ensure completion of checklist daily.
- Support and coordinate with Sales Managers for outstanding tasks that require attention.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure vehicles are ready for customer viewings and test drives
- Ensure all vehicles on the lot are clean, presentable, and meet quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and usage
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to vehicle appearance or lot organization
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized lot environment to promote safety and professionalism
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve efficiency and quality of work
Qualifications
- Proven experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred; strong knowledge of cleaning techniques is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Leadership experience or previous supervisory roles are highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing required

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
