The Human Resources Intern will work closely with the Coordinator Recruitment & Retention, focusing on a variety of activities that will allow the Intern to apply skills acquired through their recent education in a professional setting and gain a better understanding of the role of human resources professionals in a large health care organization.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
In addition to being a recent graduate from a business/commerce degree or diploma program with specialization in human resources and/or marketing, the HR Intern will need to be customer and client focused, have a positive attitude, be collaborative, and be creative and innovative.
Northern Ontario Heritage Fund requirements:
University or college graduate who has graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university. The candidate must be a graduate of a post-secondary degree or diploma program. The position will be a first full-time employment in the candidate's field of study.
