Consultants SL&B Inc., is a nationwide company established in Quebec. We are a key player in the various stages of start-up and operation in aluminium production locations and provide the most advantageous solutions for their clients. SL&B provides contract labour support to Rio Tinto in Kitimat, British Columbia and Saguenay, Quebec.

Main Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in the hiring process & full recruitment cycle
  • Analyze resumes and interview candidates
  • Manage company lodging and accommodations for out of town staff and employees
  • Handle scheduling requirements of new employees, such as training
  • Manage the employee training tracking system and plan the required training
  • General administration duties – update spreadsheets, maintain employee files, etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in HR or Administration is preferred
  • Experience in Hiring/Recruitment would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point and Power Point
