General Description
We are looking for an Executive Project Manager who will provide confidential technical and administrative support to the Ownership Group at Vitalis. To be successful in this role, high attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CTO.

Responsible for weekly research / projects such as:
Patent and IP research
KPI tracking of multiple business units
Project schedule management & updates
Organisation of cross-department communication
Review of Procedures and Department work Instructions
Technical product research
Review of standards and codes / summarize as required
Project cost / time audits
Prepare expense reports using the ERP program, Odoo

Some administrative duties include:
Executive calendar management
Travel and accommodation management
Attend and act as a recorder for meetings
Follows up on action items as required
Prepare agendas and circulates necessary materials for meetings.
Other duties as required.

Education, Skills and Experience
Excellent problem solving and judgement skills

Prior project management experience is an asset

Strong organizational skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing in a clear, concise fashion

Demonstrated aptitude for learning new skills, as new activities are undertaken and changes in technology occur

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

Prior executive administrative experience is an asset

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Excellent English language skills in both reading and writing

Must have Canadian citizenship or work visa for Canada

Working Conditions
A fast-paced mix of manufacturing shop and general office environments. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
