Petroleum Amenities Coordinator
Position Summary
The Petroleum Amenities Coordinator supports petroleum branding and forecourt projects by coordinating under-canopy amenities, maintaining inventory oversight, and assisting with customer approvals and installation documentation.
This role acts as a key support resource between customers, project teams, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure petroleum site components are accurate, organized, and delivered according to customer expectations and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate petroleum forecourt and under-canopy amenities for customer projects.
- Support petroleum branding standards across multiple fuel brands and customer requirements.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for petroleum components and amenities.
- Assist with ordering, tracking, and replenishment of petroleum inventory items.
- Prepare quick drawings, and basic layout concepts for customer approvals and installation packages.
- Review customer requests and ensure proper components and specifications are selected.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Installation teams to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized records of petroleum amenities, specifications, and inventory.
- Assist with resolving field or customer issues related to petroleum amenities and site components.
- Ensure installation packages contain accurate information and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, petroleum branding, signage, construction support, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and layouts.
- Comfortable preparing quick drawings or simple visual concepts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
- Experience with inventory coordination or asset tracking is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
