Your duties and responsibilities:
- Consistently perform high-quality service repairs
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers; customer satisfaction is your top priority!
- Participate in manufacturers' training; commitment to continual learning
- Comply with legislative and company health & safety regulations
- Always represent KeyAg in a professional manner
What we need from you:
- 2+ years experience as a Journeyman Agricultural Technician, or
- Journeyman HET with a minimum 2 years agricultural experience
- Provide your own tools; specialty tools are provided
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a drivers abstract that meets company insurance approval
- Have a respectful and positive attitude; strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to continual learning

- Analytical thinking with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong spoken and written English
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity required to lift and handle objects
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs
- Possible exposure to elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils
- You will be required to be on an alternating weekly On Call schedule of which you will be compensated with On Call pay. During peak season you will be required to work alternating ½ days on Saturdays
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
