Fast paced busy kitchen requires mature, confident and skilled cook. Experience in a high volume kitchen preferred. Scratch cooking and basic cooking theory is an asset. Hourly wage is approximate and great experience, postive attitude, passion for cooking results in higher wage. Tip pool program in effect.
