Job Summary:
We are seeking a SALES Adviser/Manager to join our team of MEERAB FREIGHTLINES INC. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales -Advisor/Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who can meet and exceed personal and company sales targets and objectives through effective management of targeted customers and/or territories. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business sales through personal contact with targeted customers and prospects by conducting onsite sales visits and all related activities.
- Qualify new business prospects and build an active, high potential pipeline/prospect list which will remain the property of the company at all times.
- Maintain a high level of service to new and existing customers; managing the customer relationship from contract execution through delivery to after sales service; and soliciting referrals from these customers, where possible.
- Keep accurate reports with respect to sales and prospects as instructed from time to time.
- Achieve preset sales quotas and the objectives of employment.
- Participate in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences, home and trade shows and open house events, as required.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour, and attitude at all time
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities , Canada Wide Specifically focusing on Southern Ontario Market, leveraging Trucking -Industry knowledge and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about trucking industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Represent the Company at Industrial events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Four years of proven sales experience within the transportation & logistics company
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: $85,000.00-$165,000.00 per year
