We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Director based in Saint John, NB. Reporting to the Divisional Director of Human Resources, the HR Director is a key senior member of the leadership team at NBM Railways responsible for driving strategic alignment of HR operations, talent management and employee engagement and partnering with business leaders to achieve exceptional performance through progressive HR strategies and programs.
Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, NBM Railways is comprised of three short line railroads: NB Southern Railway, Eastern Maine Railway, and Maine Northern Railway. Together, they provide the most direct rail connections between Atlantic Canada and the northeastern United States.
