Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and compassionate Mobile IN-CLIENT HOME Pet Groomer to join our team as a part-time contractor. You will travel to clients’ homes throughout Calgary to provide professional grooming services for both dogs and cats. The ideal candidate values quality over speed and is confident working independently while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional in-home grooming services for cats and dogs, including bathing, brushing, de-matting, lion shaves, nail trims, clipping, and breed-appropriate styling
- Create a calm, safe, and low-stress grooming experience for every pet
- Consult with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, coat condition, and special needs
- Set up and maintain a clean and safe grooming workspace within clients’ homes
- Manage your appointments and routes efficiently throughout Calgary
- Use an app-based scheduling and booking system to manage appointments, client notes, and communications
Requirements
✔ Professional experience grooming cats and/or dogs (required)
✔ Ability to confidently and safely handle pets of various temperaments
✔ Must supply your own professional grooming equipment and tools (required)
✔ Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Calgary
✔ Comfortable using an app-based program for scheduling, booking, and client management
✔ Strong time management and communication skills
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently
