What will you be doing at iQmetrix as the VP, Product?

As a member of the team responsible for the corporate strategy, this person is responsible for product vision, team development, product execution and product team culture.

What does this mean?

Ensuring the company is building, shipping and supporting the right products. This individual will work across multiple stakeholders to set priorities and allocate resources.
Working with the iQmetrix Corporate Strategy team to help connect product development initiatives to business goals.
Making sure the right people are in the right roles and analyzing where to add resources and where to scale back.
Working hand in hand with the product leads to communicate and help execute the iQmetrix product vision.
Looking at the team's current road blocks and coaching them on how to find logical solutions with product best practices.
Being an active member in the technical community and attracting new talent. We want this person to be an advocate for the iQmetrix brand at conferences and other industry events.
Empowering and developing teams so they can make their own decisions.
Guiding teams on how to build and monitor a product scorecard, analyze roadmap durability, backlog health and product performance and teaching teams to then use this data to drive incremental improvements.

What we want to see? Qualifications and Experience:
5-10 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS product environment. Our conglomerate of teams equals 200+ people; this is a big job. We don't expect you to have that exact experience, but we want you to know the scale of this role.
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience guiding large and diverse product teams across multiple offices.
Experience in guiding a large development team with multiple products across multiple markets.
Experience in making data-driven decisions; able to set guidelines for decision makers on product teams.
Experience in penetrating new markets, assisting with analyzing target market segments, segment sizing and identifying ideal customer targets.
Knowledge in aligning with marketing, sales and product teams and clearly defining a product value proposition.
Experience in internal enablement activities; i.e. building self-managed data driven product teams.
Experience in managing resources and people; making sure people are working on the right products at the right time.
Understands the evolution of product development from a technical standpoint.
Able to analyze where our product resources are best allocated to support the overall mission of iQmetrix.
Able to align with internal technical operations and technical build teams; building key relationships with Technical Leadership.
Experience in managing products for retail would be a bonus.
