About the Role:
Aangan Indian Courtyard is seeking an experienced Curry Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian curries, gravies, and sauces while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of traditional Indian curries.
- Set up and manage the curry station during peak dining hours.
- Ensure all dishes meet strict flavor and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Curry Cook in an Indian restaurant setting.
- Deep understanding of traditional Indian spices, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
