Rimouski Ford is looking for a highly motivated technical advisor to act as a liaison between service center customers and mechanics. A true link between service and the workshop, they will build customer loyalty through their skills and interpersonal abilities, becoming THE go-to person for service and maintenance at Rimouski Ford.
- Welcoming customers warmly and courteously
- Schedule repair and maintenance appointments
- Understanding customer needs, advising them, and clearly explaining the situation to the mechanics
- Mastering the various maintenance programs and manufacturer standards to offer the right services to customers
- Prepare work orders and detailed invoices
- Explain the work carried out and the associated costs.
- Planning the right timelines and deadlines for optimal service
- Recommend repairs based on the customer's vehicle history
- Offer related services to the client
- You have an innate sense of customer service, diplomacy, and automotive engineering.
- You demonstrate dynamism and perfect tact.
- Collaboration comes naturally to you.

- Permanent position of 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
