Salary: $53,000 - $65,000 per year (Based on experience and performance)

Summary:

Great Canadian Oil Change in Nanaimo/Parksville is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services while delivering a "WOW" customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional "WOW" customer service, exceeding expectations with every interaction.
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
- Inspect and check fluid levels, tires, air filters, and other vehicle components.
- Identify and communicate potential maintenance or repair needs to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bays and shop area.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stocking of supplies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Competition of GCOC university within 90 days.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to commute between Nanaimo and Parksville.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or similar automotive maintenance role.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
